Structural-risk composite (0-100) over two orthogonal sources. conc_risk = our own Solana-RPC holder concentration (each holder's owner resolved, then the bonding-curve PDA AND the PumpSwap LP pool excluded, so it reflects genuine insider concentration not the LP every graduate carries; 0.7·insider-top10 + 0.6·max-insider). rug_risk = rugcheck.xyz's independent score (LP-lock state + risk analysis from a separate pipeline — catches rugs concentration math can't see, e.g. unlocked LP at low insider %). Composite = 0.85·max + 0.15·min when both present (worst-case-dominated, nudged up when the two agree — agreement is the strong signal); concentration-only (marked 1-src) when rugcheck hasn't scored the mint yet. Sorted riskiest-first. The on-chain structural pivot now that the KOL-mention signal is empirically LAGGING.
Migration Coverage — 0 graduations / 0 caught pre-migration
Universe-mismatch diagnostic. Pump.fun graduations in the window, joined against assertions_raw on resolved_mint. Pre-Mig Mentions > 0 = a handle caught the token BEFORE it graduated to AMM (the high-leverage call).
